Anna McGee Coaching offers three signature programs: Fit 4 Life, a group fitness option that includes live workouts and a community group; Built 2 Last, a personalized 1-on-1 coaching experience; and Fit 4 U, a specialized program for clients using GLP-1 medications. Each program is designed to cater to the unique needs of women over 50.
The Fit 4 Life program includes five live home workouts each week, access to recorded sessions for flexibility, email access to Coach Anna for personalized support, and a private community group for motivation and accountability. The Built 2 Last program is a 1-on-1 custom coaching service tailored to your fitness and nutrition goals.
